SilibasePUX-2100 is a non-hydrolysable polyether polydimethylsiloxane copolymer which has been developed for the application of conventional polyurethane rigid foam production.
SilibasePUX-2100 provides very good foam stabilization and extremely fine celled foam. It is recommended to use in the application of construction panel, spray foam, pipe insulation and appliance.

Application Characteristics
⚫ SilibasePUX-2100 is working as universal standard silicone for different PU rigid foams.
⚫ SilibasePUX-2100 has balance performance for nuclear, emulsifying and flow.
⚫ SilibasePUX-2100 is working good with hydrocarbons and ware-co blown systems.
It acts as a direct Analogue for VORASURF™ RF 5358 Additive, providing equivalent foam stabilization and cell structure control.
⚫ The dosage is 2-4% in 100pbw polyol blend.
